| Day 1 From mount Montserrat to the Pallars valley. |
We’ll meet in Barcelona early morning and head for Montserrat – the saw-tooth mountain. We’ll visit the fantastic monastery on the mountain which is surrounded by the unique jagged formations. After lunching at the base of the mountain, we’ll take mountain roads to the Pallars Valley. Located at the heart of the Pyrenees. We’ll settle ourselves at one of the quaint villages in the valley, where we’ll dine and spend the night.
| Day 2 From exhilaration on the river to reserved tranquility. |
A bright morning spent rafting down the Rio Nugara. Two hours on the river will leave us hungry for a rich lunch of local specialties, including delectable beef and velvety wine. We’ll switch to a higher elevation and follow unique paths through the Pyrenees in our 4x4s. The view from the top defies description. We’ll continue on to one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Europe: Aiguestortes.
| Day 3 To the Principality of Andora Via Col De La Botella. |
Today’s route will take us through rugged but magnificent terrain. At 2,000 meters, we’ll cross the amazing Col de la Botella Mountain Pass and onto Andorra where we’ll lunch at a local village. We’ll settle in at a hotel in one of the Principality’s quaint ski towns.
| Day 4 From the rope park to Andora La Vella. |
Start the day with a unique park of ropes, which offers a variety of activities to thrill visitors of any age. After we’ll take an easy hike through the enchanting valley. We’ll end our day in Andorra la Vella, the Principality’s main city, where we’ll have plenty of free time for an urban adventure. We’ll conclude our stay in Andorra with a particularly festive dinner and then retire to our ski-town hotel.
| Day 5 From mountain Vistas to the sights of Barcelona. |
Sated with natural wonders, we’ll head back to Barcelona – but not before taking one more ride across the Pyreneean terrain. We’ll traverse the center of Barcelona, including Gaudi’s quarter and the Ramblas. After some free time in the city, we’ll convene for a parting dinner and farewel.
