From the airport in Casablanca we’ll head south toward Marrakech. After a short rest at the hotel, we’ll set out on our magical tour. Ensconced in our caleches, small horse-drawn carriages, we’ll ride to Jamaa a-Fna Square. We’ll watch the activity in the crowded square from the Café Glacier and then have a walking tour of the alleys and streets of Marrakech. Dinner at an authentic Moroccan restaurant will make the perfect end to our day.

Using trusty all-terrain SUV vehicles we’ll set out for the villages and markets of the Berbers we’ll drive verdant plain down into the desert then climb tortuous paths into the Atlas Mountains.  After dinner at our hotel in Ouarzazate, we’ll visit the great Kasbah (bazaar) of Morocco’s “Cinema City”.

Today we’ll start out at the amazing mud-built, fortified city of Ait Ben Haddou. The “King’s Way” will lead us to an unforgettable canyon with all the Berber villages along the road. After stopping at desert we’ll reach the Kasbah of Telouite. We’ll conclude this day at a colorful food market.
